We first hit the streets of Edmonton with The Hat on Wheels in the spring of 2018. The establishment of our food truck, which is an extension of our restaurant, The Hat on Jasper, was the realization of a long-time dream of owner Mike Bhatnagar.

 

The same as with all of our endeavours, we focus on selecting the right ingredients and preparing them with care. For us, there is no compromising on quality or taste in order to serve you something you're bound to enjoy! From the time this dream started, to the first day we hit the streets of Edmonton, and for every event since then, The Hat on Wheels has been about providing an opportunity to enjoy delicious & top-quality food wherever you may be.

 

We see Edmonton as a festival capital, and a city that truly comes alive with countless events during our summer months. This excitement has always been something we've wanted to be a bigger part of, and now with The Hat on Wheels, we can be.
